FAQ

1) Where is the store based?

In Madrid, Spain (Europe).


2) Do you accept international orders?

Yes!


3) When will you ship items?

Depending on the item it takes roughly about 1-2 weeks for everything to be shipped. Please keep in mind I ship out the orders in batches, so even if your item is available and not a peorder item, it will still take 1-2 weeks to be shipped out.

Important, If you do not wish to wait longer, DO NOT combine orders than include pre-order items with regular items. Pre-order items have to be made and that takes time as well, so naturally it will delay your order if you wish to combine the pre-order items with the already available ones.


4) Does my order include tracking?

By default all orders are standard (unregistered) shipping, but if you want to include tracking please select the option with the picture of a cardboard box in the main page! Keep in mind that adding a tracking number to your order will make it more expensive.

Remember that you only need to add one (1) per order.


5) Do you process returns/can I exchange an item?

All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges after you make your order unless your product has been damaged in transit (with proof). I'll do my best to pack items safely within the envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


6) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • 2-10 business days for national orders (Spain only).
  • 2-3 weeks for European addresses.
  • 2-8 weeks for other international orders.


7) How do you pack the orders?

I use padded envelopes, with the padding being bubble wrap (pictured below).


Whenever it's possible and for certain items (for example prints) I also try to secure them with additional bubble wrap and cardboard to prevent them for bending.


8) Can I combine orders?

Yes! Just contact me with the order info so I know which ones you want to be shipped together!


9) My order hasn't arrived, what can you do?
Standard (unregistered) mail rarely gets lost, but there's still a chance it may happen.
Unfortunately, if you didn't add the tracking option to your order and the package hasn't been forwarded back to me in case you entered a wrong address, there's nothing I can do.
